Imagina que un día regresas a tu casa, sales afuera al jardín para saludar a tu perra y… la encuentras ahí al lado de un perro que no es tuyo, que nunca has visto y que parece salió de la nada! Puedes imaginarte eso?! Te imaginas la sorpresa y el miedo que se puede sentir frente a tal situación? Jajajaja! Pues eso me pasó hoy! En serio! Hoy al regresar a la casa e ir a saludar a Gala no pude ni salir al jardín porque apenas abrí la puerta un perro grande y negro se me tiró encima! Me quedé estúpida! Imagínate encontrar así de la nada a un perro desconocido en tu jardín! Mi mamá y yo nos asustamos, nos pusimos a gritar, pero después de prestarle más atención me di cuenta que no era brava, en realidad estaba pidiendo cariño y atención! Salí a verla y me di cuenta que era una bebé! (hembrita) Era grande pero para su raza todavía estaba chiquita, y era BASTANTE juguetona! Todos terminamos afuera y mientras ella trataba de hacernos jugar nosotros tratábamos desesperadamente de entender como se había metido! El jardín está rodeado por una fensa… y según pensábamos no había huecos… pero después intuímos que debía ser del vecino, Gerardo se dio cuenta que en la última parte de la fensa a la izquierda había un espacio, y por ahí se debe haber metido! Gala estaba al principio tan asustada como nosotros, ella no está acostumbrada a socializarse con otros perros… y como la otra era grande y tosca ella le tenía mucho miedo. Pero al final se le salió lo brava porque le empezó a ladrar de tal manera que la asustó a la otra! (imagínate una perrita chiquita gritándole a una grandota :P) Jajaja! Fue BASTANTE chistoso! Gerardo fue a buscar a la vecina quien recién se dio cuenta que su perra se había escapado! Jajaja! Nos dijo que la perrita se llamaba Lucky! Quería tomarle fotos pero una vez que llegó su ama ya no pude, pero sí tome un video! Fue bastante chistoso de verdad, algo que nunca voy a olvidar!

You’ve heard of cats on trees, spiders on trees… but you’ve ever heard of a dog on a tree? Hahahahahaha, I just got this idea today as I was playing with Gala on the garden. I’ve been taking a lot of pics there just cos we are gonna leave soon and I want to have them as memories, anyway… I saw the branch and I knew she was small enough to lie on it, at first I was scared she’d fall down but she grabbed on to it well! Hehe she’s a bit scared as you can see though, aww but yeah it was really cute! She looks like a Koala lol! Aussie style! ;) Hahahahahahaha! <3

I’ve been writing a lot about Gala here lately… lol, is this her blog or mine? Hahaha maybe I should create her her own blog! (lmao!). Hahaha, but nah it’s just that you know funny things happen with her sometimes so it’s cute enough to share! So, ever since my parents brought Gala to our house she has pretty much remained inside it, since we live in front of a big busy road we are always afraid if we bring her out she may get run over or something and since we have a big garden we never found a problem with her just remaining safe inside . Therefore she’s never really had much experience with interacting with other dogs (other than the barking symphony the dogs of my street seem to get into every now and then, which she joins gladly ). We also live next to a block of flats, which left windows give to the back part of our house which is pretty much Gala’s zone . A few weeks ago my mum informed me that she had noticed Gala sitting at the left side of our outside patio, looking up at a window of the flats next to us and seeming to have a barking conversation with another dog. We’d never seen her doing that before so we also looked up to find who was it that was getting her attention so much, and we found the head of a beautiful white dog that was looking down at her and barking , they both seemed pretty much lost in their own thing, and since the other dog seemed pretty much frustrated to be trapped inside the flat and not be able to go out to play with Gala we both just smiled at the cuteness of the moment . However, once we realised that this was actually starting to happen often… and that now he seems to have found a place to stand on to get a better view of her, we figured there was something more to this whole thing than just barking , hahahaha and we always tease her about it! Of course she probably doesn’t understand but the fact that she always sits at the same spot and barks at him while shaking her tail says it all . I just feel sad they really can’t get to meet… though I guess I could talk to the owner but I don’t know how he’d react to it! I’d love for my baby to have puppies! And well for a dog she’s an adult already so I find it only normal she likes looking at cute male dogs , I think the whole thing is very cute! Gala has good taste I’ll give her that! (she probably got that from me! ) Hahaha I took a pic of the bachelor here, check it out:

Con todo el tiempo que he compartido con mi perrita he aprendido no solo a conocerla sino también a saber lo inteligente que puede ser a veces , yo se que la gente normalmente piensa que los animales no tienen mucha capacidad para razonar y que viven solamente de instinto, pero eso es un error muy cruel de nuestra parte . Muy cierto es que no piensan como nosotros… sin embargo decir que son tontos seria totalmente ignorante, y aquí traigo un ejemplo para demostrarlo. Desde que me regalaron mi cámara para Navidad, como anticipe, me obsesione con ella, y Gala siendo una de las criaturas mas queridas por mí en este mundo fue una de mis victimas . Días y días tomándole fotos cuando podía en todas las distintas poses que ella podía hacer… como paso nunca lo sabré pero de alguna manera mi bebe empezó a entender de que se trataba todo eso! Al punto de que ahora prácticamente es una modelo . Pensaran ustedes que miento y que como toda dueña encantada con su perra veo las cosas con ojos de amor no de realidad, pero esto no fue algo que yo o mi mama o cualquier otra persona notamos, esto simplemente fue algo que ella hizo. Ejemplo: queremos tomar una foto en el jardín, nos paramos uno al lado del otro y ella viene muy tranquila se sienta justo en el medio de los dos, saca la lengüita y mira a la cámara… al principio pensamos que era chistoso pero ahora que vemos que cada vez mi mama agarra la cámara ella se queda ahí quieta MIRANDO directo a la cámara… nos dimos cuenta que entendió de que se trataba tomar una foto. Lo único malo es que normalmente solo posa para mi mama, conmigo no quiere! Se hace la interesante! Bueno para mostrar todo esto les voy a dar pruebas! Para que vean que no estoy inventando cosas! Ayer y hoy mi mama y yo hicimos como una pequeña sesión de fotos con toda la emoción de esto! Jajajaja . Claro que a veces no le da la gana de posar! (es que es BIEN caprichosa esta perra oe… ) Pero definitivamente tienen sus momentos! Y bueno… modelo o no modelo… solo se que yo la adoooro!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!  FINALLYYYYYYYY! After weeks and weeks of waiting! And after getting annoyed time and time again that everyone else was already free except me!  Now I am on holidays! YAY! Three months of freedom! No more readings! No more assessments! No more studying! (wow I can’t believe it…) my first year of law is officially done! And my second year of arts too! (wow…) Geez I still can’t believe it! At the moment I’m too tired to really enjoy it lol it hasn’t really settled in! (Yes I can be slow sometimes…) but yeah it feels great. The exams were OK… they were difficult… more difficult than last year… and gosh I just HATE three hour exams… I really do, it’s just too annoying! Especially today, it was just bad, at the last hour I just felt like I didn’t have the strength to go on! Part of the problem is that they made them TOO EARLY! (8:30 am… son of bitches!) And I had to get Gerardo to drive me there because trains didn’t work that early and I was gonna be late if I caught one! So I had to be ready at around 6 for him to take me to uni and then wait around for about an hour, these past three days have been tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiring, I haven’t slept much, but well.. IT’S OVER! YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now party time baby!

Random and out of topic comment- Lol Gala is SOOO vain! Lol she’s here with me right now and how she LOVES to just look at herself in the mirror behind us! (yeah I know Gala is not a cat but there is no dog smiley like this and this one is the only one that could portray this whole thing properly! Lol) She must find it weird, probably wondering who that dog she’s seeing is! Hehehe

So Gala came to visit me today! Haha lol what I mean is my mum let her in the house and first thing she did was come running to my bedroom (it's really cute how she just knows where it is) I was in there most of the day today since today was just heavy, I have two essays due tomorrow at different campuses... I am not done yet... I am definitely gonna be up all night... AAAHHH! Haha but well anyway I was just really happy to see her, it lifted me up you know? She always melts me! She's just the CUTEST thing! (after me of course ;) haha :P) So I was so happy I decided to take a picture! Now... usually as most of you may know I don't like taking pictures of myself... lately I've really been trying to make myself feel comfortable with that, it's really a challenge. It's not that I don't like my smile I DO but I just don't like the idea of smiling FOR the camera, it seems fake to me... and I just hate the way my face looks but... anyway! Lol since I was so happy I felt brave enough to be in a pic with her and just smile! So I did! And I liked the result:
